GMAC Great Moves is pretty straight forward. When you buy or sell with a Hitz Team DFW Realty GMAC Real Estate Realtor and if relocating, a GMAC Realtor from our nationwide network, you'll get $3 back for every $1,000 of your new home's purchase price AND your old home's sale price.
Here's how it works: When your purchase or sale has closed and funded, either you or your Realtor must fax the settlement statement to your Personal Move Consultant. Four to six weeks later, you'll receive your cash-back check. It's that simple!*

Q: What is Great Moves by GMAC?
A: Great Moves by GMAC is offered under the larger GM Supplier Discount Program. It is a program designed to provide eligible GM supplier and business associate employees with significant offers on real estate, mortgage and interstate moving services.
Q:Who is eligible?
A: The Great Moves by GMAC Program is offered to all active hourly and salary (full and part-time) employees of eligible GM suppliers and business associates who reside in the United States, excluding contract employees.
Q: Are there other Cash Back Rebate offers or incentive programs if I am not eligible for the Great Moves by GMAC Program?
A: Absolutely. Everybody wants GMAC Real Estate Premier Service AND a great deal. Big GM offers two real estate cash back rebate programs, Great Moves and GM Family First. Clients who are not eligible for either corporate GM program may qualify for one or more of local Mark Hitz Realtor's Cash Back Rebate for New Construction Home Buyers, Home Sellers Local Church Discounts, Local Area City Employees, or other promotional offers.
Q: What types of selling, buying and moving services does Great Moves by GMAC provide?
A: Great Moves offers you experienced real estate professionals, cash-back on the purchase or sale of a home1, discounts on interstate moving services2 and complimentary assistance from a Personal Move Consultant (PMC).
Q: What types of financing services does Great Moves by GMAC provide?
A: Great Moves offers home equity loans and mortgage loans, including refinances. Special offers include interest rate reductions or money off closing costs and competitive rates on home equity lines of credit.
Q: Are my family members eligible for Great Moves by GMAC?
A: Unfortunately No. Great Moves by GMAC is only available to employees of eligible GM suppliers and business associates. However, GM Family First Cash Back Rebates includes eligible family members so check and see if someone in your family is in GM Family First. It's a big list.
Q: How can I learn more about Great Moves?
A: Call Great Moves by GMAC Program Headquarters at 1-800-836-4374 and ask to speak to the Relocation Department. During your initial call, tell the Great Moves Coordinator you are working with Mark Hitz, Realtor at DFW Realty GMAC Real Estate and receive an additional $250 Cash Back Rebate directly from Mark Hitz at closing, just for using the Hitz Team of Realtors.
Q: What is the cash-back offer that a registered GM supplier employee will receive on their real estate transactions?1
A: For every $1,000 of the home sale and/or purchase price, eligible GM supplier employees properly registered with Great Moves by GMAC may receive cash-back1.
Q: How and when will the GM supplier or business associate employee receive his/her cash-back?1
A: When the real estate transaction is complete, either the customer or real estate agent must notify the Personal Move Consultant and fax in their settlement statement. The customer will receive a check within 4 to 6 weeks after the consultant confirms the home closing.
Q: Can customers receive two cash-back checks if they buy and sell a home through Great Moves by GMAC?1
A: Yes! Registered supplier or business associate employees may receive cash-back on each transaction.
