The first powerful search tool, IDX Pro, is similar to what most area Realtor websites offer, except we don't intentionally limit the information or screen out people who are in the educational phase. Our IDX Pro Home Search Software provides the updated full Multiple Listing Service MLS of every active listed home for sale in the North Texas Area. You can do anything from a quick search for a single address to creating and saving multiple custom searches. The most appreciated feature is the auto e-mail notification of new homes on the market that match your criteria. You are in control and can modify or cancel any searches or e-mail notifications.

To begin using the IDX Pro search tool, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address to protect your privacy. My Privacy, What Do You Mean? The software creates a random password that is e-mailed to you right away. This password protects your privacy by not allowing others to access your searches. We also expect a real name and working phone number, because if you haven't called us, we want to call you to see how we can help. Giving the name Donna Callme at 555-1212 doesn't help either of us.

Are You A Home Seller?

Searching Homes For Sale is an excellent tool for Home Buyers but not so great for home sellers. However, a word of caution: these are "listing prices" and not what homes in your area have SOLD for.
